  1. I’ve been enjoying Stinkbug products of late. The Vanilla Mint is my favorite–a fresh and sweet smell without seeming floral or perfume-y. The tangerine is a bit aggressive, but not bad. The atomic is “meh.” But the Tea Tree by far is my least favorite of those I’ve tried. In functionality, it seems as good, so there’s that. The smell, however, is sort of a pine resin, then a flat somewhat musty smell. It doesn’t smell bad to me, but it certainly smells odd. Granted, your personal preference is yours, but this would be the one I wouldn’t buy again. I wish there were some way to sample before buying. Oh, well.

On other matters, the 2.1 ounce size seems small to me.A competitor has 2.7. When I’m away from home for an extended time, which I often am, it would be nice to take the larger size instead of two. In any event, that’s a small quibble. I don’t think as well that this works quite as well as the competitor–but it’s close enough so that further comparison may be necessary

  2. this is one of the few natural deodorants that works for both me and my husband, and keeps us both dry and fresh. it is a creamy consistency, so you can use as much or as little as you need. i am so glad this item is finally available on prime – i’ve been waiting over a year.

  3. This product rocks. Hard to find a natural deodorant that actually works all day even when working hard. Just allow the deodorant to dry before putting on your close or it might not last the day.

  4. By far the best natural deodorant I have used. I started using Tom’s which only lasted a couple of hours. I then switched to Burt’s Bees which always left an oily residue on my shirts. Then I used Herban Cowboy, until I found some questionable ingredients in their products. I was in Whole Foods last month and decided to give this product a try because of the safe ingredients. So far this deodorant has not failed me. I work 12 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment and I still smell fine when I get off. I have also gone hiking, running, and done various other outdoor activities with no problems. I was very happy to see that they started selling on Amazon. It is much more convenient to order online instead of having to make a special trip to the store. My only complaint would be not selling this product in bulk at Costco which I shop very frequently

  5. Why do all the other deodorants have to kill you!??! Buy this and feel GOOD about keeping sweat and smelly armpits down.

  6. Boyfriend’s favorite natural deodorant

  7. It works, however, strong smell of tea tree

  9. I really like this product. It’s all natural and smells great!!

  10. I love this stuff.

  11. Excellent product, very effective

  12. I love this deodorant! For a natural deodorant, it really works all day! I wish I could buy the patchouli scented deodorant on Amazon but I will settle for the lavender.

  13. I am a sweater and have pit smell. I also have a tendency to get skin rashes/dermatitis and got diaper rash in my pits. It’s difficult to get rid of bc I’ve always got damp pits. Stinkbug has been the best I’ve found to help with the rash as well as doesn’t stain, smells good and no BO. I also use apple cider vinegar and witch hazel to wipe down my pits for the rash. Stinkbug is the best I’ve found for the no stink and gentle enough for my skin yet strong enough to assist in treating the diaper rash without creating more pit problems. Many of the deodorants, even natural ones, I have a reaction to, so this is a winner in my book.

  14. Price hikes to my former go to Jungleman, caused me to look around. There are some really expensive options that probably work very well. The problem is just that, they are very expensive. I also assure you that there are Natural product that will let you down in a very embarrassing way. I am an athletic outdoorsy type guy who sweats easily and profusely. The chemical pool aluminum laden antiperspirants are not something that I will ever consider again. Natural deodorants allow your body to sweat naturally however you’re body manufactures sweat. The problem is that underarm bacteria love to eat the sweat and excrete funky, stinky, byproducts of their digestive process. So for me, more sweat equals a big smelly problem if not manganged properly. Trying new deodorants makes me nervous to the point where I try them out in a more private setting to see what happens. I tried Stinkbug Natural Tea Tree deodorant during a demanding home workout. Sniff test and… Nada. No funky hippie syndrome. I tried it again and again and success after success after success. This deodorant is fantastic. For a guy like me I chose the tea tree infused deodorant for the additional antimicrobial aspects of tea tree oil. It has a muted natural scent that will leave you pits smelling fresh clean normal skin. This product smells great to your nose and doesn’t smell like a stinker to your pockets.

  15. Best “natural” deodorant I have tried that works. Found it in my local Whole Foods. I had tried other “natural” kinds but they were really slimy and “wet” to the point I started chaffing in my pits. I like all of the ingredients on this one and decided to try it and it works great. I’m an active person, workout 6+ times a week and I essentially apply it once. I work out first thing (early)in the morning, if I see the deodorant before heading out I apply but most of the time I’m running out. I sweat a lot and no body odor issues even when I forget to reapply when working out (essentially 24 hrs since last application). I use it after I shower, just once during the day. I bought 2 to carry one in my purse in the case that I needed to reapply but it didn’t happen. I love Tea Tree so this is perfect for me, Lavender is a bit stronger but pleasant smell that I notice more during the day. The reason for 4 stars is that since it is coconut oil base, it leaves the pits in my shirt oily but washes right off. My other deodorant did that though but left a weird yellow stain, but I am a bit healthier at least.
