  1. I like the smell of this tea tree. It does not work as well as the lavender. I had to apply the tea tree multiple times a day. If your trying for the first time I would say try the lavender or get multiple scents.

  2. I bought this in hopes of finding a natural deodorant that actually works. This stuff is great and smells awesome. My wife can’t get enough of me now!!!!!

  3. This is could be only personal intolerance of certain ingredients, or allergy, but this tea tree deodorant causes irritation underarms and around. I had to stop using it.

  4. Living in the desert is not for the faint of heart, and neither is standing next to someone with terrible body odor. I bought the Tree Tea deo on a whim, because 125 degree days were taking a toll on my sweat glands, and it worked, it’s the best deo on the market! I strongly recommend this product.

  5. I have tried all the the brands and types and none have worked as this one! I highly recommend this brand and scent. I am only buying Stinkbug from now on.

  6. I highly recommend this deodorant! I got my sweat glands from my dad, and that is NOT a compliment. I developed a tolerance to aluminum in deodorant about three years ago. I have tried so many aluminum free deodorants! Stinkbug is the only deodorant I have tried that actually works! The odor protection is no joke! I am no longer worrying that my sweat is making me stink at any point in the day. Thank you!

  7. It really works without any irritation for me. I was shocked! I sweat so much and have the ridiculously sensitive skin.

  8. Western Pa. is unquestionably hot and humid throughout the summer. As an air conditioning service technician for the last 35 years, I spend most days outside or in hot mechanical rooms.
After a recent surgery, I chose not to use deodorant but one time in three months. Now that summer is upon us, I needed to start using something.
I found Stinkbug as a random hit on the internet and was intrigued, plus they are in my “neighborhood”. I got a stick and some cream to try out an must say have been extremely impressed.
After working outside all day in 80F temperatures and then pushing the lawnmower around for an hour, the morning application was still working. One swipe was all it took.
I did not know I was “detoxing” my pits at the time but I guess it was happening. I have switched between cream and stick for a week without and adverse affects. I’m sold for life. Thanks for your efforts.

  9. I have had the opportunity to use this deodorant for a few days and I like the results. With an overactive metabolic rate I tend to have a basal body temperature slightly higher than average. I tried a lot of antiperspirants such as clinical strength Dove, Degree, Axe, Suave, Secret, and Tom’s. This is the first one that lasts through my entire 11-12hr work shift. I shave my armpits to reduce odor retention but even the 48-hour versions would wear off in about 6 hours. I have not had the chance to test its longevity during outdoor activities or workouts. I like the smell of tea tree oil and it is noticeable. If you have an aversion to its scent, choose something else.

Some other reviewers indicated they went through the tube too fast. This is possible; however, I do not see it as an issue if the deodorant actually works! It makes no sense to have a tube that lasts say, 3 months, if it does NOT work for me. This deodorant showers off with east and it does not leave a residue on garments, as long as you do not over-apply. I use 3-4 light swipes but I believe the package says 2-3 moderate swipes. One note, since it does contain oils, be sure to store it in an air-conditioned area. Body heat and temperatures above 80 degrees will soften or melt it.

  10. I am giving this 5 stars even though I no longer use the product, because it is NOT THE FAULT OF THE PRODUCT! This deodorant is great. The scent is excellent, and goes on smoothly. It did not seem to stain my clothing, and I could sweet most of the day, and still smell decent at the end of the day. The issue is that I am allergic to the coconut oil that is used as the base of this deodorant. So, I had to stop using it, which is sad, because it was the first natural deodorant that I found that I did not have to keep reapplying throughout the day.

  11. Stinkbug makes the best natural deodorant you can buy. I usually get Lavender or Tea Tree. It costs about 5 – 6 dollars at the health store(s). Sometimes if it is hot/humid outside the ingredients get soft – but it is still usable. I use it when I work or play. I’m not afraid to put it on my armpits because the ingredients are organic.

  12. This is the only non-aluminum natural deodorant that works all day for me! I love it!! I may now be a lifetime customer as I’ve tried EVERY natural product out there, I swear!

  13. Best stuff I’ve use. Mild scent. Keeps the BO at bay. No aluminum or other harmful chemicals.

  14. the best all natural deodorant ive tried yet ! really works. Tea tree kind

  15. This worked so well , my teenage kids are stealing it. I had to order 3 more.

  16. Great deodorant for mild climates. I need to switch when visiting warmer places.

  17. First off, I hate regular deoterant. No matter what it smells like it’s always too strong smelling and I start to associate the smell with the smell of b.o.

This stuff is awesome! The tea tree oil smell doesn’t last and I can’t smell anything coming from my pits. Also it’s not caked on like other deoterants, I could l never quite get that stuff washed off and then it would clog my razor.

I used this magic stuff on two hiking and camping overnights this last week. It worked like a charm. I only applied once before each hike and it carried me nicely until the next day.

I am so happy and I smell great!

  18. Natural AND it works fabulously! It works all day long, while working a physically intense job during a heat wave!!!!

  19. Love love love this product truly natural no man made by products. It smells clean and fresh I like the lavender scent. I will be buying the jar of the cream later.

  20. Great long lasting deodorant. Goes on easily if used as directed on the package. The tea tree scent is not overpowering in my opinion, just about right. Nice having a deodorant that doesn’t irritate my skin.

  21. I’ve been enjoying Stinkbug products of late. The Vanilla Mint is my favorite–a fresh and sweet smell without seeming floral or perfume-y. The tangerine is a bit aggressive, but not bad. The atomic is “meh.” But the Tea Tree by far is my least favorite of those I’ve tried. In functionality, it seems as good, so there’s that. The smell, however, is sort of a pine resin, then a flat somewhat musty smell. It doesn’t smell bad to me, but it certainly smells odd. Granted, your personal preference is yours, but this would be the one I wouldn’t buy again. I wish there were some way to sample before buying. Oh, well.

On other matters, the 2.1 ounce size seems small to me.A competitor has 2.7. When I’m away from home for an extended time, which I often am, it would be nice to take the larger size instead of two. In any event, that’s a small quibble. I don’t think as well that this works quite as well as the competitor–but it’s close enough so that further comparison may be necessary

  22. this is one of the few natural deodorants that works for both me and my husband, and keeps us both dry and fresh. it is a creamy consistency, so you can use as much or as little as you need. i am so glad this item is finally available on prime – i’ve been waiting over a year.

  23. This product rocks. Hard to find a natural deodorant that actually works all day even when working hard. Just allow the deodorant to dry before putting on your close or it might not last the day.

  24. By far the best natural deodorant I have used. I started using Tom’s which only lasted a couple of hours. I then switched to Burt’s Bees which always left an oily residue on my shirts. Then I used Herban Cowboy, until I found some questionable ingredients in their products. I was in Whole Foods last month and decided to give this product a try because of the safe ingredients. So far this deodorant has not failed me. I work 12 hour shifts in a manufacturing environment and I still smell fine when I get off. I have also gone hiking, running, and done various other outdoor activities with no problems. I was very happy to see that they started selling on Amazon. It is much more convenient to order online instead of having to make a special trip to the store. My only complaint would be not selling this product in bulk at Costco which I shop very frequently

  25. Why do all the other deodorants have to kill you!??! Buy this and feel GOOD about keeping sweat and smelly armpits down.

  26. Boyfriend’s favorite natural deodorant

  27. It works, however, strong smell of tea tree

  28. Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2018.

  29. I really like this product. It’s all natural and smells great!!

  30. I love this stuff.

  31. Excellent product, very effective

  32. I love this deodorant! For a natural deodorant, it really works all day! I wish I could buy the patchouli scented deodorant on Amazon but I will settle for the lavender.

  33. I am a sweater and have pit smell. I also have a tendency to get skin rashes/dermatitis and got diaper rash in my pits. It’s difficult to get rid of bc I’ve always got damp pits. Stinkbug has been the best I’ve found to help with the rash as well as doesn’t stain, smells good and no BO. I also use apple cider vinegar and witch hazel to wipe down my pits for the rash. Stinkbug is the best I’ve found for the no stink and gentle enough for my skin yet strong enough to assist in treating the diaper rash without creating more pit problems. Many of the deodorants, even natural ones, I have a reaction to, so this is a winner in my book.

  34. Price hikes to my former go to Jungleman, caused me to look around. There are some really expensive options that probably work very well. The problem is just that, they are very expensive. I also assure you that there are Natural product that will let you down in a very embarrassing way. I am an athletic outdoorsy type guy who sweats easily and profusely. The chemical pool aluminum laden antiperspirants are not something that I will ever consider again. Natural deodorants allow your body to sweat naturally however you’re body manufactures sweat. The problem is that underarm bacteria love to eat the sweat and excrete funky, stinky, byproducts of their digestive process. So for me, more sweat equals a big smelly problem if not manganged properly. Trying new deodorants makes me nervous to the point where I try them out in a more private setting to see what happens. I tried Stinkbug Natural Tea Tree deodorant during a demanding home workout. Sniff test and… Nada. No funky hippie syndrome. I tried it again and again and success after success after success. This deodorant is fantastic. For a guy like me I chose the tea tree infused deodorant for the additional antimicrobial aspects of tea tree oil. It has a muted natural scent that will leave you pits smelling fresh clean normal skin. This product smells great to your nose and doesn’t smell like a stinker to your pockets.

  35. Best “natural” deodorant I have tried that works. Found it in my local Whole Foods. I had tried other “natural” kinds but they were really slimy and “wet” to the point I started chaffing in my pits. I like all of the ingredients on this one and decided to try it and it works great. I’m an active person, workout 6+ times a week and I essentially apply it once. I work out first thing (early)in the morning, if I see the deodorant before heading out I apply but most of the time I’m running out. I sweat a lot and no body odor issues even when I forget to reapply when working out (essentially 24 hrs since last application). I use it after I shower, just once during the day. I bought 2 to carry one in my purse in the case that I needed to reapply but it didn’t happen. I love Tea Tree so this is perfect for me, Lavender is a bit stronger but pleasant smell that I notice more during the day. The reason for 4 stars is that since it is coconut oil base, it leaves the pits in my shirt oily but washes right off. My other deodorant did that though but left a weird yellow stain, but I am a bit healthier at least.
